Lee Sedol and Jang Do-yeon attend production briefing for new KBS variety show

Comedian Jang Do-yeon attended the production briefing for the new KBS2 variety show ‘Baeksu Lee Sedol’ held at the KBS Annex in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on October 22. The program follows the real-life survival journey of Lee Sedol, the legendary Go player who famously secured a single victory against AlphaGo in 2016.

During the event, Jang Do-yeon shared her reflections on artificial intelligence, noting that after participating in an AI-themed dating program, she believes AI is best utilized as a “helper” rather than a replacement for human connection. She also praised Lee Sedol’s pure passion, stating that his approach to life mirrors the intensity of a Go match.

The show is scheduled to premiere on October 23 at 8:30 PM.
