Leeds United lands BoyleSports partnership as chairman Paraag Marathe shifts focus from 49ers

Leeds United announced a multi‑year partnership with Irish bookmaker BoyleSports, making the betting firm the club's official partner in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The deal emphasizes stadium advertising, LED signage and digital fan activations rather than shirt sponsorship, aligning with the Premier League's ban on betting logos on kits. It is part of BoyleSports' broader £100 million investment strategy for the British market.

At the same time, Leeds United chairman Paraag Marathe will step down from his executive role with the San Francisco 49ers to devote his full attention to the football club. Marathe, who has served as President of 49ers Enterprises and as an executive vice‑president of football operations for the NFL team, will concentrate on Leeds United's on‑field performance and the redevelopment of Elland Road.

Both moves signal a concerted effort to strengthen Leeds United's commercial and sporting foundations ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.
