Leeds United Targets Harry Wilson and Julian Brandt Ahead of Free‑Agent Deadline

Leeds United are actively pursuing Wales forward Harry Wilson and Germany midfielder Julian Brandt as both players approach the end of their contracts at the end of June. Wilson, whose deal with Fulham expires, has attracted interest from Aston Villa, Everton and others, but recent betting activity led Bet365 to suspend markets on a move to Elland Road. Leeds manager Daniel Farke is looking for a versatile number 10 after an unsuccessful loan spell with Facundo Buonanotte.

Brandt, a 43‑cap German international set to leave Borussia Dortmund, is linked with several European clubs including Roma, Lazio and Galatasaray. Securing him would represent a significant statement signing for Leeds, offering extensive Champions League experience. Both prospects face competition from other clubs, and Leeds are also reviewing contract options for goalkeeper Karl Darlow and scouting other targets.

The club’s transfer strategy appears to be shifting toward acquiring seasoned players with European pedigree as the free‑agent deadline approaches.
