Leeuwarden court hears vaccine damage liability lawsuit

A civil lawsuit regarding liability for COVID-19 vaccine damage was heard at the court in Leeuwarden on October 22, 2026. The plaintiffs, represented by attorney Peter Stassen, are seeking to establish legal liability for damages they claim were caused by the vaccines.

The defendants named in the case include the Dutch State, Mark Rutte, Albert Bourla, and Bill Gates. The plaintiffs have provided vaccination records and medical statements to support their claims of injury. The central legal question is whether the plaintiffs have sufficiently demonstrated that the vaccines caused the alleged damages and whether the named defendants can be held legally responsible.

Establishing liability in this proceeding could pave the way for future personal injury lawsuits to recover damages. The plaintiffs have also introduced arguments linking the vaccination program to a broader project described in Klaus Schwab’s book, “Covid19 - the great reset,” though Schwab himself has not been summoned to the case.
