Leffinge implements traffic restrictions for Leffingeleuren festival

The village of Leffinge will implement significant traffic and parking restrictions to accommodate the Leffingeleuren music festival, which takes place from Friday, September 11, to Sunday, September 13. The event will center around the village church.

Road closures and parking prohibitions are scheduled to begin in early September. Specific street closures include the Ieperleedstraat from September 8 to September 15, and various sections of the Dorpsstraat and Papegaaistraat during the festival dates. During festival nights, certain streets will be closed to traffic until 4:00 AM.

Public transport provider De Lijn will operate on altered routes and at different stops throughout the village from September 4 to September 14. Residents and travelers are advised to plan detours in advance.
