Lega Calcio Serie A supports Lega del Filo d’Oro fundraising

The Lega Calcio Serie A is supporting the return of the Lega del Filo d’Oro fundraising campaign, titled “Una storia di mani” (A story of hands). Scheduled to take place during the 6th matchday of the championship from October 10 to October 12, the initiative aims to support deafblind children and adults.

During the matchday, Serie A teams will participate in the campaign, with promotional videos shown on stadium maxi-screens and dedicated graphics aired on television before kickoff. Additionally, coaches will wear Lega del Filo d’Oro stickers during post-match interviews and read appeals for donations. The campaign features prominent Italian football goalkeepers as testimonials to symbolize the connection between the foundation's operators and those they serve.

Donations can be made via SMS or landline calls to 45514. The funds are intended to support the foundation's activities, which have spanned over 60 years, and to facilitate the opening of new territorial offices and the expansion of existing services across Italy.
