Legal journals in Brazil open calls for scientific articles

Two Brazilian legal publications have announced deadlines for the submission of scientific articles.

The Revista de Estudos Jurídicos do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (REJuriSTJ), directed by Minister Sebastião Reis Júnior, is accepting original academic works until November 10. The quarterly electronic journal aims to foster academic production and legal debate between the STJ, the legal community, and academic institutions. Submissions are restricted to authors with at least a postgraduate degree in law and must be processed through the journal's electronic system.

Separately, the Revista Juristas, a collaboration between Grupo Juristas and Editora Mizuno, is also seeking submissions. This publication intends to select 30 texts for its next edition. The call specifies that articles must be original, between 3,000 and 3,500 characters, and strictly authored by humans; texts produced using artificial intelligence will be immediately rejected.
