Legal leadership and professional development events held in Lima

Lima is hosting several professional development gatherings, including the Legal Leadership Awards and the Legal Management Forum. These events bring together General Counsel and legal sector leaders from across Latin America. A central theme of discussion involves how value is generated within law firms, specifically whether reputation resides with a brand or follows individual practitioners during lateral moves.

Additionally, the city will host the First International Meeting of Successful Speakers and Mentors on November 15. Led by journalist Alvina Ruiz, the event features international specialists from Spain, Mexico, Cuba, and Peru. The program focuses on communication, personal branding, leadership, and well-being, with speakers including coach Paola Herrera and biohacking specialist David de los Ríos.
