Legal notices regarding property sales and expropriation in Turkey

Official legal notices have been issued regarding property matters in Turkey. In Kırıkkale, the 2nd Civil Court of Peace has announced the sale of a field located in the Karakeçili district, Yeşilevler neighborhood. The property, measuring 58,196.18 square meters, has an estimated value of 5,237,656.20 TL. The auction is scheduled to take place in January and February 2027.

In İzmir, the Kemalpaşa 2nd Civil Court of First Instance has issued an expropriation notice on behalf of the Turkish Electricity Distribution Inc. (TEDAŞ). The notice concerns the acquisition of property rights and easements for land affected by pipeline installations in the Vişneli neighborhood. Property owners have a specified period to submit defenses or file lawsuits regarding the expropriation process and the determined compensation.
