Mexico judicial authorities process various criminal cases
Various judicial proceedings and criminal investigations have been reported across several Mexican states.
In San Luis Potosí, Agustín “N” was linked to a process for alleged qualified sexual abuse of an adolescent, resulting in mandatory preventive detention. Similarly, in Aguascalientes, José Pablo “N” faces charges for aggravated sexual abuse and rape, while Bryan Adrián “N” is being prosecuted for domestic violence and aggravated rape against his partner.
In Baja California, Maico “N” was linked to a process for domestic violence following an assault on his former partner. In Puebla, the FGR secured an eight-year prison sentence for three individuals—José “N”, Jonathan “N”, and Miguel “N”—for the illegal possession of nearly 40,000 liters of LPG fuel.
Other legal actions include the prosecution of Alan Josué “N” for trespassing at a computer business in Las Arboledas, and Hugo Enrique “N” in Aguascalientes, who faces charges for causing injuries and property damage after a vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.
