Petroperú reorganization faces Constitutional Court review FAST-MOVING
The Constitutional Court of Peru is scheduled to hold a public hearing on August 25, 2026, to evaluate unconstitutionality lawsuits against Emergency Decree 010-2025. This decree, promulgated in late 2025, mandates a patrimonial reorganization of the state-owned oil company, Petroperú.
