In Chile, the Third Civil Court of Temuco has issued a notification regarding a lawsuit filed by Manuel Patricio Herrera Valdés. The suit seeks the resolution of a purchase and sale agreement contract and its assignment, citing a breach by Francisco Antonio Orellana Sepúlveda and Sociedad López Hernández Construcciones Limitada. The plaintiff is requesting damages totaling $28,000,000 for actual damages and $30,000,000 as a penalty clause, plus adjustments and legal costs.

In Argentina, the Civil and Commercial Court No. 2 of Concepción del Uruguay has opened inheritance proceedings for the estate of Jorge Gabriel Monzon, who passed away in May 2025.
