Legal professionals honored at National Congress of Lawyers in Rosario

During the IV National Congress of Abogados por Argentina held in Rosario, several legal professionals received national distinctions.

María Fabiana Zárate, the State Attorney of San Luis, was awarded the ‘Juan José Paso’ prize in the ‘Public Administration Lawyers’ category. During the event, Zárate emphasized the dual role of state lawyers in representing the state in judicial processes and providing legal counsel to executive branches. She stressed the importance of ensuring administrative acts comply with constitutional frameworks to protect citizen rights and prevent future litigation.

Additionally, lawyer and Chaco deputy Edgardo ‘Tati’ Reguera received the ‘Juan José Castelli’ National Award for Legal Argumentation. The recognition honors his professional trajectory and institutional commitment. During the congress, Reguera also presented legislative initiatives regarding criminal recidivism and express eviction laws.
