Leganés begins construction on new Solagua sports complex

Construction is underway for the new Solagua sports complex in Leganés, replacing the former pool facility that has been closed since 2009. The project involves an investment of 12.9 million euros and is expected to be completed within 24 months.

The development will cover an initial area of nearly 39,000 square meters, with room for future expansion. Key features include five swimming pools—three of which will be outdoors, including a wave pool—as well as two indoor pools for year-round use. The facility will also house a 7,000-square-meter main building containing a gym, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and dedicated rooms for fitness activities.
