LEGANTA platform addresses business risks amid NIS2 implementation
As companies implement the NIS2 directive, significant resources are being directed toward cybersecurity, supplier assessments, audits, and compliance measures. However, a gap remains in understanding which specific risks threaten critical business services and their subsequent economic impacts.
To address this, the Contract and Risk Intelligence platform LEGANTA® aims to connect regulatory requirements with concrete customer obligations, business processes, and supplier relationships. The platform utilizes a cause-and-effect chain—linking customer contracts, end services, business processes, and IT systems to potential risk events—to identify which disruptions could lead to revenue loss, contractual penalties, or reputational damage.
While many organizations utilize established Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, these often lack a direct connection to the core business purpose. The platform focuses on the economic consequences of service failures, identifying when the failure of a provider or IT component becomes critical due to its impact on contractually promised services.
