Legia Warsaw targets Ukrainian forward Bohdan Wjunnyk from Lechia Gdańsk

Legia Warsaw manager Marek Papszun has identified Lechia Gdańsk winger Bohdan Wjunnyk as a replacement for departing striker Jean‑Pierre Nsame, whose contract was not renewed. The club is reportedly negotiating personal terms with the 24‑year‑old Ukrainian, who expressed a desire to leave Lechia and advance his career.

Wjunnyk, who joined Lechia in March 2024 and has featured in 57 league matches with 10 goals and four assists, remains under contract for two more years, giving Lechia the option to retain him. Legia hopes to secure the player without paying a transfer fee, while Lechia's position on a move remains uncertain.
