Local community issues and infrastructure updates reported across Poland

Various local community issues and infrastructure developments are being reported across several Polish regions. In Warsaw, a three-month period of nighttime alcohol prohibition has resulted in a decrease in interventions by the Municipal Guard and Police.

In other areas, residents are addressing safety and living conditions. Residents of Grudzie have raised concerns regarding sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, and drainage. In Dobrowoda, locals are planning protests due to heavy truck traffic and a recent car accident, citing the lack of a bypass. In Chojnice, tenants of a historic building at Mickiewicza 48 are reporting severe technical issues, including mold and roof leaks.

Infrastructure projects are also underway. In Karłowice, public consultations are being held regarding traffic calming measures and one-way street options. In the Lipa Piotrowska district, plans are moving forward for a new 250-meter sidewalk on Cynamonowa Street. Additionally, a road modernization project between Dominów and Żabia Wola has commenced, funded in part by the Government Road Development Fund.
