Legnano hosts 31st Festa del Cane Fantasia for animal welfare

The 31st edition of the Festa del Cane Fantasia is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, at the Centro Pertini “Il Salice” in Legnano. Organized by Protezione Animali di Legnano (PAL) ODV in collaboration with the civic center, the free event is dedicated to dogs and cats.

Activities include social walks at Parco Alto Milanese led by educators to help animals manage environmental stimuli, as well as various dog parades categorized by age and style, such as “Vintage,” “Street Style,” and “Radical Chic.” A special “#cercacasa” parade will highlight shelter animals available for adoption.

The event aims to raise funds for the care of animals hosted by PAL, covering expenses for food, veterinary visits, and surgeries. Additional programming includes children's workshops, a vintage market, a fundraising lunch, and an evening social event featuring a DJ set.
