LEGO announces new Batman Returns and Avengers themed sets

LEGO has announced new themed sets for its collectors, including a detailed recreation of the Batmobile from the 1992 film ‘Batman Returns’. Developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, the 2,269-piece set features a unique transformation mechanism where side panels open to reveal the Batmobile escape vehicle. The model includes an exclusive Batman minifigure and several references to the film. It is scheduled for release on September 4, with early access for LEGO Insiders starting September 1, priced at US$ 229.99.

Additionally, a new LEGO Marvel set inspired by ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ has been released. The Avengers Tower set consists of 954 pieces and features a four-story design including a helipad, a control room, and a detention cell. The set is notable for its diverse collection of six minifigures, including Doctor Doom, Yelena, Red Guardian, Bucky Barnes, Human Torch, and Sentry. The set is available for €109.99 through LEGO's online store and certified retailers.
