LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight to launch on Nintendo Switch 2

Warner Bros. Games has released a launch trailer for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, confirming its release for the Nintendo Switch 2 on September 18. The game, developed by TT Games, allows players to experience Bruce Wayne’s journey through various play modes, including TV, handheld, and tabletop modes.

Pre-orders for the Standard and Deluxe Editions are currently available. Customers who pre-order either version will receive the ‘The Dark Knight Returns’ Batsuit at launch. The Deluxe Edition includes additional content such as the Mayhem Collection DLC—featuring playable characters Joker and Harley Quinn, a new story mission, and a ‘Mayhem Mode’—as well as the Legacy Collection DLC, which offers items inspired by the Batman: Arkham series and Batman Beyond.

Additionally, a free update will be released on launch day for all owners across all platforms (including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) to introduce an advanced ‘Absolute’ difficulty level. Physical copies of the Deluxe Edition may also include a limited-edition LEGO Batman retro videogame minifigure, subject to availability.
