LEGO launches first functional pinball machine set

LEGO has introduced the Icons Arcade Pinball Machine (set 11374), the company’s first truly functional pinball game built from bricks. The set contains 2,274 pieces and is aimed at adults aged 18 and over. It features a spring‑loaded ball launcher, two side‑actuated flippers, rotating bumpers and a fully mechanical scoring bar that advances when the ball hits a target shaped like an asteroid. The theme is space‑inspired, with two minifigures – an astronaut and a “space baby”. The machine measures roughly 38 cm long, 24 cm high and 28 cm wide, fitting on a desk or shelf. It uses Technic elements for the mechanics but includes no electronic components or lights. The set will be available in early July 2026, initially to LEGO Insiders on 1 July and to the general market on 4 July, priced at about $229.99 (≈€215) in the United States and €209.99 in the Eurozone. The launch expands LEGO’s Icons line, which previously featured non‑playable models such as a piano and a typewriter, and is expected to appeal to AFOL collectors and retro‑gaming enthusiasts.
