LEGO launches official X‑Files set with Mulder, Scully and iconic locations

LEGO has released set 21369 “The X‑Files”, a 1,478‑piece build from the LEGO Ideas line that recreates two signature scenes from the 1990s TV series: Agent Fox Mulder’s cluttered office and a forest clearing with a hovering UFO. The set includes eight detailed minifigures – Mulder, Dana Scully, Walter Skinner, Mr. X, Alex Krycek, Carl Busch, the Flukeman and a classic grey alien – along with numerous Easter‑egg references such as the “I Want to Believe” poster and “The Truth Is Out There” signs.

Early‑access ordering opens on 1 August 2026 for LEGO Insider members, followed by a worldwide general release on 4 August 2026. Prices are roughly US $199.99, UK £179.99, EU €199.99 and equivalent rates in other markets. A short promotional video features actress Gillian Anderson reprising her role as Dana Scully to introduce the set. The product stems from a fan‑submitted design that won LEGO’s “90s Nostalgia Challenge” after community voting.
