LEGO rolls out new Pokémon collection and teases massive Harry Potter Ministry set

LEGO announced a new Pokémon line that adds five licensed building sets to its portfolio. The range includes a 1,083‑piece Rayquaza model, a 1,190‑piece Arcanine, a 757‑piece Munchlax, a 2,339‑piece Poké Ball Trainer set with the first LEGO minifigures of Pokémon trainers, and a large Rosso minifigure totaling over 930 pieces. Pre‑orders opened on 7 July 2026, with the three first sets slated for 1 August 2026 and the Trainer and Rosso sets for 1 October 2026. Prices range from €69.99 to €259.99.

Separately, a leak in the collector community indicates that LEGO is developing a Harry Potter set that would reproduce the Ministry of Magic. The prototype, identified as set 76476, is said to contain roughly 3,491 pieces, include more than ten minifigures, and be priced at about US$450. The tentative launch date is 1 September, targeting the 18+ adult‑collector market. Both announcements illustrate LEGO’s ongoing strategy to expand high‑end, licensed themes for older fans.
