Legoland ride stalls in Billund, 20 guests rescued by fire brigade

A Minifigure Speedway coaster at Legoland Billund stopped about ten metres above the ground, leaving roughly 20 guests stranded. Danish fire‑brigade specialists were called to the scene and safely lowered all passengers, reporting no injuries.

Legoland said the safety systems functioned correctly, the ride will remain closed until a thorough inspection and re‑approval are completed, and an investigation into the cause is under way.
