Leicester City U21s defeat Plymouth Argyle U21s 3-1

Leicester City Under-21s secured a 3-1 comeback victory against Plymouth Argyle Under-21s in the Premier League Cup. Plymouth took an early lead in the 10th minute when Caleb Roberts scored following a move by Riley Carr.

Leicester responded through Hugo de Lisle, who equalized in the 38th minute. Ghanaian forward Nathaniel Opoku then provided an assist for Michael Golding during first-half stoppage time to give Leicester a 2-1 lead at halftime.

Leicester maintained control in the second half, dominating possession. The victory was sealed in the 67th minute when Sam Hayman scored an own goal. Plymouth struggled to mount a comeback, managing only one shot on target throughout the match.
