Leidos wins $301 million U.S. Army cyber defense contract

Leidos has secured a $301 million, five-year follow-on contract with the U.S. Army to provide 24/7 cyber defense for the Department of Defense's global military networks.

The contract involves monitoring the Pentagon Information Network to detect and respond to cyber threats around the clock. Leidos will integrate cyber operations, engineering, and technology development into the mission. To improve threat detection, situational awareness, and response speeds, the company will utilize AI-enabled capabilities as part of its NorthStar 2030 digital strategy.
