Leipzig begins construction on LINDEN°WEST residential complex

A new residential project, ‘LINDEN°WEST’, has commenced in the Leipzig-Lindenau district. The development, located at Erich-Köhn-Straße 51a, aims to fill a gap in the historic Wilhelminian-style neighborhood left by a previous building collapse.

Developed by OTTO WULFF, the project will consist of 37 condominiums ranging from 29 to 124 square meters. The modern building is designed to harmonize with the surrounding historic architecture and is scheduled for completion by December 2027.
