Leipzig launches free “Engagement. Impuls” series on nature and environmental volunteering

The City of Leipzig is offering a free, open‑door counseling series called “Engagement. Impuls”. Held on the third Wednesday of each month, the sessions give residents information on volunteering for nature and environmental protection.

The next meeting is on 19 August 2026 from 14:00 to 17:00 at the city office, Burgplatz 104, 109 Leipzig. Participants can speak with experts from the Freiwilligen‑Agentur Leipzig to match interests with suitable volunteer roles. The following session on 16 September 2026 will focus on “Integration & Volunteering”. The programme is co‑financed by the city and promoted through a new daily newsletter launched by Leipzig.
