Leipzig offers peer counseling for depression

The Self-Help Contact and Information Center (SKIS) within the Leipzig Health Department is offering a peer counseling program for individuals living with depression and their relatives. The initiative allows people with experience in self-help groups to provide support through individual conversations and peer-level exchange to offer new perspectives and encouragement.

The sessions are held twice monthly on Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Upcoming scheduled dates include October 13 and October 27, 2026. Participants are requested to register in advance via telephone or email.
