Leipzig Opera Ball 2026 to feature Thessaloniki theme

The 31st Leipzig Opera Ball is scheduled for October 24, 2026, at the Leipzig Opera House. Under the motto ‘Kalispéra Thessaloniki!’, the event will celebrate the partnership between Leipzig and its Greek sister city, Thessaloniki, by incorporating Mediterranean themes, music, and cuisine into the gala.

The celebration is designed to span seven different balls, foyers, and lounges throughout the opera house, blending traditional elegance with a modern festival atmosphere. The event attracts prominent figures from politics, culture, business, and the entertainment industry.
