Leipzig Opera Ball celebrates city partnership with Mediterranean theme

The 31st Leipzig Opera Ball took place recently at the Leipzig Opera House, featuring the theme ‘Kalispéra, Thessaloniki!’ to celebrate the long-standing city partnership between Leipzig and the Greek metropolis.

The event gathered prominent figures from business, culture, and society under a strict ‘Black Tie’ dress code. While many guests adhered to the requirement for floor-length evening gowns and formal tuxedos, the evening also drew attention for various fashion choices on the red carpet.
