Lembaga Tabung Haji begins Hajj Basic Course for 2027 season

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) is commencing the Hajj Basic Course (KAH) for the 1448H/2027M season. The program aims to strengthen the preparation of prospective pilgrims by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of Hajj and Umrah rituals.

The course will be conducted through 12 study series across 200 mosques nationwide to ensure accessibility for pilgrims near their residences. While primarily for prospective pilgrims, the sessions are also open to the general public interested in learning about Hajj worship.

TH emphasizes that successful Hajj performance requires more than just financial and physical readiness; it necessitates sufficient religious knowledge. Completion of this basic course serves as a foundation for two advanced programs: the Intensive Hajj Course (KIH) and the Grand Hajj Course (KPH).

Prospective pilgrims can access schedules and further information via the THiJARI application, the official TH website, or local TH offices. Learning materials are also available online through the TH e-Bimbingan Haji platform.
