Equestrian clothing and footwear brand LeMieux has announced the appointments of James Davenport as Chief Financial Officer and Richard Cotter as Non-Executive Chairman to support its international growth phase.

Davenport joins the company from Neal’s Yard Remedies, where he served as CFO. He previously spent over 21 years at innocent drinks, serving as Chief Operating Officer and contributing to the company’s expansion from £7 million to approximately £470 million in annual revenue.

Richard Cotter brings extensive retail and brand leadership experience to the role. His previous positions include Global Brand President at Berghaus, Chairman at Jack Wolfskin, and Executive Chairman at Jollyes Retail Group.
