LemonTree sells second stage of Booster Zabrze complex

LemonTree has finalized the sale of the second stage of the Booster Zabrze complex. The transaction involves three buildings with a total area of nearly 60,000 square meters, purchased by Vestas Investment Management Europe.

This sale follows the acquisition of the first stage in February 2026. The total value for the entire complex exceeds 120 million euros. The second stage, which was completed in late August, is fully leased, with a global heat management solutions provider occupying approximately 50,000 square meters.

The complete Booster Zabrze complex totals approximately 109,000 square meters and includes warehouse, service, and office spaces. The project was constructed by Commercecon and is expected to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification by the end of 2026.
