León and Ponferrada consumer voucher campaign suspended due to security flaw

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of León has temporarily suspended the ‘Bonos Consumo’ (Consumer Voucher) campaign in both León and Ponferrada. This preventive measure was taken following the identification of a global security vulnerability affecting various digital systems and platforms.

The suspension aims to protect participating local businesses and users by ensuring the security and reliability of the voucher redemption platform. The Chamber is currently working with technical teams to resolve the issue and restore service as soon as possible.

The program is a collaborative initiative involving the respective city councils and the Junta de Castilla y León, designed to stimulate local commerce and encourage proximity shopping.
