León man fined for driving without a license on multiple occasions

A man in León, Spain, has been sentenced to a fine totaling approximately 6,480 euros for multiple offenses of driving without a license. The individual had previously lost all his driving points following a resolution by the Provincial Traffic Headquarters of León in early 2023.

According to court records, the defendant was caught driving on July 31, 2023, on the same day he was scheduled to take a mandatory theoretical exam to recover his license, which he failed. He was intercepted by the Guardia Civil again on August 14, 2023, while driving his own vehicle. The court has imposed a penalty of 18 months of fines for each of the two offenses, with a daily rate of six euros.
