León opens two new lanes on José María Morelos boulevard

Two lanes have opened on the José María Morelos boulevard in León, specifically the stretch between Insurgentes and San Juan Bosco. This infrastructure project is part of an ongoing effort to expand road capacity and reduce traffic congestion in the area.

The project involved an investment of 40 million pesos and is nearing completion, with final works expected to conclude in September. Key improvements include the construction of a U-turn on Insurgentes boulevard to bypass the roundabout, the expansion to three lanes in critical sections, geometric adjustments to the roundabout, new paving, lighting, sidewalks, and road signage.
