She spoke about her relationship with her husband, Akis Pantos, a civil engineer, noting that they have been together for approximately ten years and married in September 2018.

Papaligoura described her marriage as being part of a cohesive team, stating, "Marriage to Akis is much better than I ever imagined. With Akis, we are a team." She praised his character, specifically citing his humor and intelligence, and highlighted his role as an "excellent partner and father."

Regarding her children, aged 6 and 8, the actress discussed how motherhood has changed her perspective. She mentioned that having children has forced her to work on herself and confront different aspects of her personality, including both positive and challenging traits encountered during parenting.
