Honorary President Uli Hoeneß explained that Sport Director Max Eberl secured a contract extension until 2029 after overcoming initial internal skepticism. Hoeneß also admitted that his public comments regarding Eberl's contract caused internal friction within the supervisory board.

Regarding player matters, President Herbert Hainer expressed confidence in a potential contract extension for Sporting Director Christoph Freund, whose current deal runs until 2027.
