Lenovo AI PCs Earn China’s Top L3 Smart‑Device Certification

China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the first list of products that passed the national standard “Artificial Intelligence Terminal Intelligent Level” at the L3 grade. Thirteen devices from Lenovo’s Legion, Xiaoxin and Yoga series were included, meeting the five AI capability criteria of perception, cognition, execution, memory and learning.

The certification is based on Lenovo’s Tianxi AI system, which links PCs, phones and tablets so that tasks and personal data stay synchronized across devices. Users can press an AI button to have the device recognize screen content, answer technical questions, and automatically organise research material, gradually adapting to the user’s writing style. Lenovo officials said the company took part in drafting the standard and will continue to refine its AI products to meet future requirements.
