RTX 5070 Gaming Laptops Unveiled by XMG, Lenovo, Acer

XMG announced its Apex 17 (M25) gaming laptop, the first from the brand to feature NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5070 GPU with 12 GB of GDDR7 VRAM and a 115 W TGP. The 17.3‑inch WQHD panel runs at 240 Hz and the system is powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor. The base configuration is priced at €2,534.

Lenovo added the Legion Pro 5 16AFR10 to its lineup, offering RTX 5070 options with both 8 GB and 12 GB memory. The GPU runs at a 115 W TGP and 2,347 MHz boost, paired with the same Ryzen 9 9955HX CPU. The laptop can be equipped with up to 32 GB RAM, dual PCIe 4.0 SSDs and a 16‑inch OLED display with up to 240 Hz refresh. Pricing and release dates have not been disclosed.

Acer released a new Nitro V 16 AI model equipped with a Ryzen 9 270 CPU and an RTX 5070 GPU (12 GB VRAM, 85 W TGP). The 16‑inch IPS screen refreshes at 180 Hz. Pre‑orders in the United States start at US$2,099.99, with deliveries slated for July, while a lower‑spec version with an RTX 5060 is also offered.
