Lenovo gaming laptops face high pricing and performance reviews

Lenovo's latest gaming laptop releases are seeing mixed reviews regarding their value proposition and high pricing. The Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 11 features an Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX processor and an OLED screen, which is noted for its beauty and brightness. However, critics point out that the high cost—reaching approximately 333,565 yen or even up to 480,000 yen with upgrades like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070—is difficult to justify for a mid-range build that lacks a premium chassis.

In contrast, the high-end Lenovo Legion Pro 7 is seeing significant promotional activity. This model is equipped with an Intel Ultra 9 275HX processor, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 GPU. It utilizes Legion Coldfront 3.0 cooling technology and features a 15.3-inch display with Dolby Vision support. In certain markets, the price for this high-performance model has been reduced from 269,999 TL to 229,999 TL.
