Lenovo IdeaPad Vibe specs leak reveal AI laptop configurations
Leaked specifications for the upcoming Lenovo IdeaPad Vibe series reveal a strategic approach to the AI-capable laptop market. The lineup, featuring 14-inch and 15-inch models, is designed to compete with Apple’s MacBook Neo by offering diverse configurations and flexible pricing.
Both models will utilize AMD Ryzen AI 300 and Ryzen AI 400 series processors. A key distinction in the product lineup is the memory threshold for Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC branding. Lenovo’s specifications explicitly categorize models with 16GB of RAM or more as Copilot+ PCs, while designating versions with 8GB of RAM as ‘Non-Copilot’ devices.
This distinction allows Lenovo to offer more affordable entry-level options that still feature AI-capable AMD hardware without meeting the full Copilot+ certification requirements. The series will support various memory capacities, including 8GB, 16GB, 24GB, and 32GB, alongside options for IPS or OLED displays and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage.
