Lenovo launches Legion R7 RT75 Hall‑effect keyboard and lightweight Y7MG gaming mouse
Lenovo’s latest Legion peripherals include the R7 RT75 keyboard, a compact 75% layout keyboard that uses Hall‑effect magnetic switches with adjustable actuation down to 0.01 mm. The CNC‑machined aluminium body incorporates a carbon‑fibre positioning plate, gasket mounting and five layers of sound‑dampening material, while a 1.47‑inch screen in the top‑right corner displays settings. RGB lighting runs across the keys and the device offers USB‑C, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity, delivering an 8,000 Hz polling rate over wired and 2.4 GHz links (Bluetooth limited to 125 Hz). An 8,000 mAh battery supports the high‑speed operation.
The accompanying Legion Y7MG mouse weighs only 59 g thanks to a magnesium‑alloy shell and houses PixArt’s PAW3950 sensor with up to 42,000 DPI. It supports wired, 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connections and also provides 8,000 Hz polling in wired and 2.4 GHz modes. The mouse’s optical switches are rated for 100 million clicks, and a 500 mAh battery powers its wireless use.
