Lenovo launches Tab Plus Gen 2 tablet with JBL speaker system

Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 JBL Pro Speaker System tablet launch mobile theater MediaTek Dimensity 7400

Lenovo has officially launched the Tab Plus Gen 2 in Indonesia, a tablet designed with a focus on entertainment and a “personal mobile theater” concept. The device features a unique 9-unit JBL Pro Speaker System integrated into the back of the body, consisting of four tweeters, three woofers, and two passive radiators. This hardware setup, which supports Dolby Atmos, allows the tablet to function as a wireless Bluetooth speaker.

The tablet is equipped with a 12.1-inch 2.5K display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, supporting Dolby Vision and HDR10. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset and includes 8GB of RAM, with internal storage options of 128GB or 256GB, expandable via microSD up to 2TB. A notable design element is the 360-degree rotating kickstand that houses the speaker system.

In Indonesia, the device is available in Celestial White. Pricing starts at Rp7,299,000 for the 128GB model and Rp8,599,000 for the 256GB model. Lenovo is also offering a special bundle including a sleeve suite and clear case through October 2026.
