Lenovo has announced the Legion C700, a cloud‑gaming handheld slated for release in August. The device is built in partnership with Tencent’s START cloud‑gaming service, allowing users to stream hundreds of games without local storage. Key specifications include a 7.82‑inch IPS LCD panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, TMR sensor joysticks with zero drift, Hall‑effect linear triggers, an omnidirectional D‑pad, and customizable rear and shoulder buttons.

Details on the processor, memory, storage and battery have not been disclosed. Tencent’s START service, launched with NVIDIA in 2019, charges roughly 29 yuan ($4.30) per month for a VIP tier and 59 yuan ($8.70) for a Super VIP tier, and supports Windows, macOS, Android and smart‑TV platforms. Lenovo will reveal full hardware and pricing at the August unveiling.
