Lenovo reports record quarterly revenue of $26.9 billion
Lenovo has reported its strongest financial quarter in history for the first quarter of the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The company’s revenue rose 43% year-on-year to $26.9 billion, marking the highest quarterly revenue growth in five years. Adjusted net profit surged 176% to $1.1 billion, surpassing the $1 billion threshold for the first time.
A significant driver of this growth is the company’s hybrid AI strategy. AI-related revenues increased by 60% year-on-year to $9.3 billion, accounting for 35% of the total group revenue. Research and development (R&D) spending also saw a 30% increase, reaching $682 million.
In the Turkish market, Lenovo maintained its leadership position. According to IDC data, Lenovo Turkey captured a 28.5% share of the total PC market during the first quarter. The company held a 23.4% share in the consumer segment and a 37.4% share in the public and large-scale enterprise segments. Additionally, it secured a second-place position in the Android tablet market with an 18.2% share.
