HP launches high-performance AI workstation with NVIDIA GB300

HP Japan has announced the HP ZGX Fury G1n AI Station, a high-performance tower workstation designed specifically for AI development and inference. Starting at 28,490,000 yen, the system is scheduled for release on October 27.

The workstation is powered by the NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip, featuring 748GB of coherent memory. This hardware configuration enables the local execution of inference for AI models with up to one trillion parameters and supports fine-tuning for models exceeding 100 billion parameters. By providing data-center-class performance in a desktop or rackmount form factor, the device aims to reduce reliance on cloud services, minimize latency, and enhance data security for sensitive research and industrial workflows.

To support developers, the system includes the free HP ZGX Toolkit and supports NVIDIA OpenShell, allowing AI agents to run in secure, isolated sandbox environments. The workstation is designed for scalability, allowing multiple units to be connected in a cluster to expand processing power as workloads increase. While currently focused on Linux environments, Windows support is expected after December 2026.
