Lenovo unveils Legion 9 gaming laptop and ThinkPad X9‑14 Aura Edition

Lenovo introduced the 10th‑generation Legion 9, an 18‑inch gaming notebook designed to deliver desktop‑class performance in a mobile form. It weighs over five kilograms with a 400 W power brick, features a magnesium‑alloy chassis, an IPS 4K panel with a 240 Hz refresh rate, and is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics with 24 GB VRAM, up to 192 GB DDR5 RAM, and multiple M.2 storage slots. The laptop offers four power profiles ranging from 55 W to 200 W to balance noise, battery life, and performance.

Lenovo also launched the ThinkPad X9‑14 Aura Edition, a 14‑inch ultrabook with a thin aluminum body and a 2 880 × 1 800 pixel OLED display delivering 500 nits brightness, full DCI‑P3 coverage, HDR, and a variable 30‑120 Hz refresh rate. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor with Intel Arc graphics, 32 GB LPDDR5X memory, a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, Wi‑Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4, and a 65 W GaN charger. The launch was complemented by a Lenovo Wireless VoIP headset (up to 31 hours talk time) and a Click‑Go Backpack with magnetic Fidlock closure for carrying the devices.
