Lenovo unveils ThinkPad Aura Edition laptops and accessories

Lenovo has introduced its latest ThinkPad lineup, including the X1 2-in-1 Gen 11 Aura Edition and the T14 Gen 7. The X1 2-in-1 features a 360-degree hinge allowing for tablet, tent, and stand modes, alongside a redesigned Lenovo Slim Pen 2 that stores and charges magnetically within the device. Notably, the X1 2-in-1 received a repairability score of 9 out of 10 from iFixit due to its Space Frame architecture, which allows for the replacement of the battery, keyboard, and ports.

In addition to the laptops, Lenovo launched several Aura Edition accessories designed for professionals. These include the ThinkPad 8550 noise-canceling headphones featuring Bose sound and Microsoft Teams certification, a dual-purpose Bluetooth mouse that functions as a presentation remote, and the ThinkPad Click-Go 16″ backpack, which utilizes a magnetic Fidlock closure instead of traditional zippers.
